Well-behaved children are welcome (on a case by case basis and in some of the rooms), and reserve the right to refuse service to those whose behavior is detrimental to our home! Harvey House B&B is not responsible for mistakes in pricing made on other internet reservations web sites. Correct prices will be charged as listed on our website and in our brochure.

All room rates are subject to change (USD American Dollars). Tax is additional to all prices quoted. A deposit equal to first nights stay plus one half of the remainder nights is required to hold a suite.

HIGH SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY (if you are staying 4 nights or less, and are NOT with a group): Should you need to cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your advance payment less a $25 service fee. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to arrival, we can only refund your money if we are able to re-book the room.

LOW & HIGH SEASON CANCELLATIONS (if you are with a group, or are staying 5 nights or more): Should you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your advance payment less a $25 service fee. If you cancel within the 30 days prior to arrival, we can only refund your money if we are able to re-book the room(s).

LOW SEASON: JAN & FEB excluding Holidays

Group reservations must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the date of arrival. 50% of the total will be due at the time of the booking.
